Shiv Sena wins in Kalyan West by 22,277 votes: Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2019

Vishwanath Atmaram Bhoir of Shiv Sena beats Independent's Narendra Baburao Pawar in Kalyan West

Shiv Sena won Kalyan West, defeating second-placed Independent by 22277 votes. BJP had won this constituency in the previous election, but Shiv Sena took control of the seat with a comfortable margin in this election.

Kalyan West is in the Thane Konkan region of Maharashtra. It is a predominantly urban constituency.

Vishwanath Atmaram Bhoir of the Shiv Sena received 34.5% of the vote, compared to 22.8% of the Independent's Narendra Baburao Pawar. Shiv Sena's voteshare increased by 4.9% from 2014, while Independent's voteshare remained unchanged -.
