NCP wins in Sindkhed Raja by 8,938 votes: Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2019

Dr. Rajendra Bhaskarrao Shingane of NCP beats Shiv Sena's Khedekar Dr.Shashikant Narsingrao in Sindkhed Raja

NCP won Sindkhed Raja, defeating second-placed Shiv Sena by 8938 votes. Shiv Sena had won this constituency in the previous election, but NCP took control of the seat with a narrow margin in this election.

Sindkhed Raja is in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. It is a predominantly rural constituency.

Dr. Rajendra Bhaskarrao Shingane of the NCP received 40.6% of the vote, compared to 36.1% of the Shiv Sena's Khedekar Dr.Shashikant Narsingrao. NCP's voteshare increased by 20.3% from 2014, while Shiv Sena's voteshare increased by 1.0%.

The constituency saw a 3-cornered contest, with Nationalist Congress Party, Shiv Sena, Vanchit Bahujan Aaghadi all getting a voteshare of 10% of more.
